Refund policy

Returns and exchanges can be made within a week of receiving items.

All returns and exchanges must be tagged and unwashed.

Darling Doe will inspect all returns and exchanges before approving the return or exchange, we will communicate during this time with the customer. In order to pass our inspection items must be unwashed, unworn, no damages, no pet hair, no scents that will make it so the item is deemed unsellable.

Shop credit will be given for all returns UNLESS the item is defected and we missed it during our initial inspection.

All items purchased with a percentage off or reward points are final sale. Items purchased with a percentage off or reward points may be exchanged if the same item is still available in the new size you would need. 

If you are returning an item for shop credit or a refund (see above on refunds) you are responsible for shipping cost. 

If you are exchanging an item(s) you will be responsible for shipping back to us to inspect the item(s), we will then cover the shipping cost of the new item(s) back to you. If you are local we do have the option of drop off / pick up.
